The Jigawa State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC has arrested a middle aged man Bashiru and his gang over alleged raped of a 12 year old girl in Kanta Karata village in Jigawa State. The said girl tested positive to HIV months after the incidence.
