Thousands of mourners lined the streets of London today as the capital drew to a standstill for funeral of Margaret Thatcher. Some of her fans camped out overnight to make sure they secured a good vantage point to watch the cortege. Pockets of onlookers lining the streets applauded as the hearse travelled up Whitehall, past Downing Street, while others fell silent.
